Seaside Hall is a 3,100 square foot research laboratory building that also houses a library and conference room. The building was completely destroyed by fire in the fall of 2010. The new laboratory building is designed with a higher finish floor elevation to place the building floor elevation 2 feet above the 100 year flood level.
Langley and McDonald prepared schematic and final site plans for the project. The project includes water and sewer connections to the facility, grading the site and handicap ramps accessing the building, concrete handicap parking, and erosion and sediment control. |
